What you love to do:

Be a Level IV – IT Master.   At this position, you honour us with your Knowledge and Skills.  Your day is geared more as an overseer, adviser, trainer, and designer of IT solutions.  You can handle all the things that are difficult with IT.

  • Mastery skills of Microsoft Active Directory;
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors to resolve exceptionally difficult issues;
  • Setup and configure entire virtual environments;
  • Migration of servers from old to new;
  • Architect and Design a complex network;
  • Troubleshoot network related issues using network monitoring tools
  • Troubleshoot Backup Systems/Devices;
  • Troubleshoot email systems that are in a redundant configuration;
  • Perform onsite work when required;
  • Meet with clients to discuss Business Reviews
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures for both NeoLore and its clients.

Each Level will: 

  • Monitor and respond to alerts through our client monitoring systems;
  • Monitor and respond to requests through our ticketing system;
  • Communicate with customers as required, informing them of regular progress, changes, or outages;
  • Communicate with co‐workers and management on ticket issues;
  • Participate in On-Call rotation;
  • Be able to lift 60lbs;
  • Must have own transportation with a valid drivers license.

Education / Experience

  • 5 + years in a corporate IT or managed services environment (preferred);
  • Experience working with a helpdesk ticketing system;
  • Relevant certification: e.g., College Diploma/Certificate, Microsoft MCP, CompTIA A+ or Network+; VMware Cert, Cisco Cert, PMP (desirable);
  • Bilingual (English and French) desirable.
